notHumans is a customer service tool for businesses. It lets a business set up an assistant that answers its customers' messages (for example on WhatsApp) in the business's own style, following the rules, opening hours and product data the business defines. These terms apply to anyone who creates an account and uses it for their business.

The service
- notHumans helps businesses answer their customers: questions about products, prices, stock, opening hours and payments, and handing the conversation over to a person when needed.
- It is not a general-purpose AI assistant: each assistant works only for the business that set it up, with that business's information and within the rules it defines.
- The service is in beta. It may change, fail or be interrupted, and some features are offered as they are.
Your account
- You must be of legal age and use the service for a business you own or represent.
- You are responsible for what happens with your account and for keeping your access safe.
- Plans and their limits are described on the pricing page. While there are no payments, plans are assigned by us.
Your responsibilities as a business
- Only upload chats, data and spreadsheets you have the right to use, with the consent of the people involved where the law requires it.
- Let your customers know that an assistant may answer on behalf of your business, and follow the WhatsApp Business policies and the consumer and personal data laws that apply to you.
- You are responsible for the information you give the assistant (prices, stock, conditions) and for what is agreed with your customers. Review its answers, especially at the beginning.
- Don't use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages, to deceive people, or for illegal or harmful content.
- If you connect a number, messages go through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, subject to Meta's terms and fees.
- You can take over any conversation at any time; the assistant then stops answering it.
Answers generated by AI
- Answers are generated by AI from your style, your rules and your data, and they can contain mistakes. You can use draft mode to approve each answer before it is sent.
Your data
- Your content is yours. You allow us to process it only to provide the service, as explained in the privacy policy.
Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, notHumans is not liable for indirect damages, lost sales or decisions made based on an assistant's answers.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other people or the service at risk.
Changes and termination
- We may update these terms; the date of the last change is shown at the top. If you keep using the service, the new terms apply.
- You can stop using notHumans and ask us to delete your account at any time.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
