Assumptions
- AI prices are DeepSeek's peak-hour prices (off-peak is half).
- A reply sends the notHuman's prompt, its job and the conversation: ~6,500 tokens in (80% from cache) and ~150 out.
- Creating a notHuman reads up to 12 blocks of chats: ~55,000 tokens in and ~20,000 out.
- In Business, we assume 1 in 4 replies uses V4 Pro. If someone only uses V4 Pro, the safety cap stops the account before we lose money.
- Servers: Vercel + Supabase ≈ US$45 a month, split among 25 Pro and 10 Business accounts (Business counts double: WhatsApp).
- Payment fee: 7.6% (Mercado Pago, instant payout, VAT included).
- WhatsApp: Meta doesn't charge for replying within 24 h of the customer's message. Templates outside that window are billed by Meta, separately.
